December Reading Journal: Pastel Christmas Theme

I can’t believe it’s the last month of the year already. The time is just flying by. I have been designing, testing, and tweaking my reading journal layout for next year, but it’s still not ready to show off yet. Stay tuned for more announcements… hopefully before the new year starts!

But first, let’s wrap up November. I read some longer books last month, so I didn’t finish that many, but I still managed to read every day. If I keep this up, I will have a perfect streak for the year! It helps that I’ve incorporated quiet reading time into my bedtime routine. It’s a good way to wind down and prepare for sleep.

Again, I used mainly stickers and washi from The Honey B Shop for the witchy vibes theme last month. The simple black and white was very different from my usual style, so it was fun to try something new.

For December, I got drawn in by the holiday spirit in a new way. Instead of the traditional green and red, I picked a pastel Christmas theme!

The pastel pink and blue stickers and washi are mainly from Simply Gilded. I don’t always love pink, but these soft pastels really spoke to me this month.

This journal is almost full, but I have just enough empty pages at the end for my annual review. I’ll share those later.

But in the meantime, I’m also creating a new format for my reading journal. I think instead of the handmade bullet journal style I’ve been doing, I’ll create a digital version that I can print out and put into a binder. But I’m still working out the details to bring it all together.

Here’s to another month of reading awesome books!
