After two months of appointments and daily exercises, my physical therapist told me today that I’ve graduated from physical therapy! I’ll have to continue doing my stretches and exercises at home, but I won’t need to go to more appointments.

I’ve reduced most of my pain and regained a lot of strength in my hands and wrists. Using the computer isn’t difficult or painful so long as I watch my posture and take breaks. It’s also been easier to do other activities like cooking, opening jars, writing by hand, and sewing. The big thing I haven’t tried yet is crochet but I’m looking into ergonomic crochet hooks so I can try it.
